This is becoming so much unbearable to find out most bounty hunters still  cheat with multiple account using same wallet to apply in one bounty. i want to know if such person did not know about the ethics, rules and regulation concerning the bounty sections?

You should post this report on the reputation section, or PM the manager about it if you want to make it private. Don't forget to achieve important links with tools like archive.is to prevent the deletion of the evidence.

This is very bad seeing that bounty hunters could still use same address to enroll in one campaign. at their post on the thread, you can report to the moderator to look after the situations or possibly ban them all.

It's not like the people in the business cares and it's not like you will be able to recognize it at first glance that it's the same address. As long as there's an unlimited way to make an address, these scummy bounty hunters and scammers will be able to deceive people of good standing.

Please report the alt account case in Known Alts of any-one - A User-Generated List Mk III (2021 Q3), most DT members often visits there those are tagging alt accounts. And you should add full details in your report. So DT members could verify your claim in one click. Because sometimes DT members don't have enough time to investigate from the beginning. Once you will add full details then they could identify the issue easily and take appropriate action accordingly.

It's better if you include details like how the accounts are connected. Are they using the same address to enroll in the same bounty or different bounties?
Are they moving tokens from different bounties to one address?

 Please make sure you quote their proof of authentication posts  in the OP and also archive them so that even if they delete them. The proof is still there.

Such evidence is important. I don't want to wrongly give someone negative feedback.

You have to check the connection through its spreadsheet. I also thought the same as you at the first, if we search it through forum post then Mihab56 account and the address above didn't connect at all. But in campaign sheet showing that Mihab56 use the same address and facebook profile as Nadiya Akther
