I also have 3 good reports against this user, 2 were for plagiarism, yet he isn't banned. Mods have been going a bit easy on plagiarists recently for whatever reason, especially if they are beyond Member status. I try to make it as easy for them as possible, provide them with all the information necessary to demonstrate that plagiarism occurred, but they frequently get swept under the rug, left "unhandled" or else marked as "good" but no action taken on the offending account.

Plagiarism sometimes have double standards in this forum, and we can even see that proven plagiarism and multiple ban evasion case were member was never banned or even unbanned.

Back on the case of intrader, I never had intention to get him banned, but then he started to act like a fool spamming the forum with plagiarism shit recipes, and giving everyone negative trust feedback. He is obviously a 'businessman' and maybe he passed with a warning this time, because I see his shit posts are now moved to Archive.

Probably because he doesn't have signature and he is purposely trolling with plagiarism, if I have to guess I would say that he is temporarily banned.
