I want to take my remaining balance out of my localbitcoins wallet.  Do I have to leave .0001 BTC for a miners' fee, or can I just send the entire amount?

you can always check by trying to sending all of it, but you will need to reduce it 0.0001 for a fee..

But to make sure just try to send them all and if you will need to reduce by 0.0001 it should let you know.
