The bitcoin card I bought it a while back and I do not have details.
The Ether card is the Original card when it first came out. There are 2 designs. You can google search.
The Bitcoin Note I received from one of the well known users from bitcointalk. I have few.
The bitcoin sticker is a limited edition that I bought last year. This is a very nice looking sticker.
