Is there any btc/crypto donation platform which converts it back to fiat?

I wonder if there is any donation platform out there witch converts the donation back to fiat money? So the Organisation which got the donation can easily use the donation instead of going to an exchange. A succesful crypto donation platform has to be that easy.

But I could not find any. So does such a Plattform exist and if not why? What are possible issues?

It costs 10 bucks per month and you can receive BTC & ETH, however, it needs to be a real nonprofits organization and it will be verified from their side.

Otherwise, there are platforms like Coingate, Coinify, or BitPay, it's very similar to the name mentioned above. You receive cryptocurrencies and it's converted to fiat directly. Then you can request a bank transfer

Yes, there are but in your original post you were talking about donations to an organization, now it changed to blogger and website.
Coingate and Bitpay will be probably able to provide you the service if you're just a blogger selling services/items or accepting donations. You should take a look at their website for more details.

I am still confused. Why do organizations want to directly transfer Bitcoin/ETH to fiat? Often donations are made for an idea or goal, and accordingly, all donations can be collected and wait until the end of the month or period then converted once to fiat. It will reduce a lot of expenses as fees for single transactions.

The BTC will redirect to Uphold wallet and convert it into fiat or any stable coin.

The only problem on direct convert to fiat USD/EUR it needs KYC and you must be verified who have a connected US bank account. So if you are not living on US you won't be able to use their instant exchange service(BTC to fiat).
