From Nov 29 until early January, John K disappeared. Have you spoken with John about this and is this unlikely to happen again?

The price of the machine still remains the same, which makes it impossible for us to drop the price of the shares. As mentioned on our website http://ultibit.com/machines/terraminerIV4/index.html when we manage to buy the machine at a lower rate then expected we do provide all customers with a refund. So far we have managed to refund our customers more than 10 BTC.

As John is our escrow provider we are in touch with John K. otherwise we would consider alternative escrow services.

If you're using escrow or planning on it, it's not a requirement but we do prefer if you can email us with your txID, payout address and signature details for your payout address (and payment address if its different) as well. That way we can back your case better in future if there is a problem as well as manage the billing and customer service better.

If you've already sent a payment through John K. and would like quicker response times and better service then please email us the above details to info@ultibit.com

My point is this: I am concerned about this happening again as it happened without warning very recently.

We apologize for the delay.
You can find all the available updates on our Twitter https://twitter.com/TheUltibit and Facebook https://www.facebook.com/TheUltibit pages as we post all up to date notifications there.
Alternatively you might like to check the Cointerra website https://cointerra.com/status-updates/ yourself.
We will make sure to inform all share holders about any relevant news from Cointerra on shipping dates.

So I am a little new to this, but with the difficulty being what it is and rising as quickly as it is, we're looking at less than $80/month per share after costs?

If my math is right, is that pretty typical?

Hold off people. Looks like Bobsag3 is pulling a fast one on these group buys and holding the miners hostage to force Ultibit into an unwanted contract.

Ultibit = SCAM

Here https://www.facebook.com/TheUltibit they said that "On average, the TerraMiner IV 2 makes 0.007 BTC per hour."

That's not true.

I have same terraminer and it makes 0.007 BTC per block not per hour.

https://i.imgur.com/FWiPK0n.png

They got it at reasonable time and even loose more then month in set-up machines.

Also web site offline.

Also they sold 50 shares/40 Gh 0.7BTC/ each share. so 50x40=2000
But terraminer hashing max. at 1600 Gh ( 2 Th will be from may batch only)
But they even don't explain that they think everyone forgot about that.

So.... scam again.

They are not proffessionals, they are scammers.

Only blablabla...........

And here some talking about things:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi
Sorry, that's not possible.
Have a nice day.
Thanks & Regards

    Hi!
    I think that I don't uderstand english.
So you sent me 0.06362021 BTC
    I paid you 1.4
If you will send me such amount I will got my money back at.... 1.4/0.06362021= 22 weeks= half of year..... nice.
    Where is profit?

It's looks like I credited you without %

    SCAM!!!!!!!

    I wanna refund!!!!

    Please give my BTC back.

    Regards.

    info <info@ultibit.com> :

        Hi Teminat
        Do you understand english?
Are you requesting a refund? We don't quite understand what you're requesting... We are most definitely not scammers, we have already hosted 2 TerraMiners and sent out payments, here's the proof: https://blockchain.info/address/1gnQUDpMkTJPsPauVe4kzJDSaSPTvmfSV

Furthermore, here's additional proof: https://www.facebook.com/TheUltibit - Comments from our customers saying they've received payouts.
        Thanks & Regards

            Hi!
            What's up?!
You said that you will pay me 1 of April.
            But you don't.

            Where is my bitcoins?

            What to fuck!

            You are SCAMMERS.

            Give me back my bitcoins!

Ok. Would see how much you give me back.
            I don't need a lot.
Return what i spent will be ok.

            Regards.

             <info@ultibit.com> :

                Hi there,

We have paid for the machine and we cannot provide a refund. There is no
BTC left as it was all spent on the machine and whatever was left we
                gave back to the customers.
That 0.2 BTc that you received was left over money that instead of
                keeping we gave you back.
We would also like to remind you that at the time you bought the shares
the price of the BTC was low therefore a bigger amount of BTc was needed
to buy the machines which, together with shipping, costs approximately
                6,200 dollars.
On the 1st of April we are giving out the first payouts.

                Thanks & Regards,
                Ultibit

P.S.

On BtcGuild it makes a bit less but also much more then 0.007 BTC per hour:

https://i.imgur.com/9odoTIo.png

Even that was without any tuning.
Right now after some tuning of cgminer it makes about 2x.

Also if you looks inside crontab.root you can see that crontab do job 5 min. I think Cointerra did greate job but for now
shifts time reduced to 3 min. So changed. Also ulimit 1024 not enough so changed to 8192.
Also some small hardware modification. I solder tantal capacitors 0.01-0.1 mF across each chip to cut high-frequencies harmonics (better to check with oscilloscope). Also solder all power-lines as thick as possible wires coz current is high.

Also web interface of terraminer have some bugs so I did all tweaks via SSH, even shutting down lighttpd daemon.
At so on at so on......... Right now my 1.6 Th terraminer hashing at 1.71-1.73 Th/s.

Regards.
