I have checked for you, buddy.

GPU: 12 x Sapphire Nitro+ RX 5700 XT 8GB
Ethash algorithm mining bios, overclock and undervolt settings are applied.
68.12 MH/s - 1090W at the wall.

6.7 MH/s is for each RX 5700 XT acording to the "Kolia Miner".
I think octopus is not memory based algorithm. You can try with higher core clock.
Somebody maybe help you about settings.
