I'm with by two other partners, we are co-directors of the XGamble Holding.

XGamble is a registered business under the name of XGamble Holding LTD. XGamble Holding LTD is a private limited company registered under the "Registrar of Companies for England and Wales" with the Company #12737895.

We decided to go after the goal of having our own Online Casino a couple of months ago as a dream to come true.
Let me talk to you about some of the challenges we have right now, as this is still a work in progress and we are now in pre-sale phase 1 basically of our XGAT Token.

 RESEARCH:
In order to join the market we decided first of all to do a intensive research work. As many of you for sure know, it's not the same to be a player as to be a manager of one of this enterprises. What's also very hard is to keep up with the competition and every project has its own way to be different from each other.

 MARKETING:
When it comes to marketing, yes we decided to go on a tour around the Crypto market and decided to start with a Website + some social media. AIRDROP was our ''key word'' where we decided to start. We noticed that these days airdrops are very popular marketing tool in order gain attention. Everyone wants ''free stuff'', and its great for making the first impression.  

 OUR TOKEN:
In order to participate of the crypto market, of course we needed to create a token. We created the XGAT Token (or... XGamble Token). We decided to go with two tokens, who some people think is a bit complicated. It's pretty simple when it comes to values. For us of course the tokens would have the same value. The only difference would be the ''costs of fees sometimes''. However in terms of being able to ''use the marketing'' of both protocols ERC-20 and TRC-20 is great, as you receive the support of both communities.

When in comes to the benefits of the Token for our ''token holders'' that's where the story gets really interesting.
We decided to add some features that for sure, many other casino projects/companies don't have or don't were even thinking of:
What you will be able to do with our XGAT (XGamble Tokens)?

 LICENCE YES OR NO?:
We've noticed basically during our research that there is no lack in ''licenced'' casinos that accept Cryptocurrencies. There is however a ton of ''illegal'' casinos.
We of course decided right at the beginning to go for the licenced option as we want to keep the business running in the long term.

 OUR PRE-SALE:
When it comes to our presale this is basically where we finance the project. Of course, there are some rules about it
1️⃣ The pre-sale is divided in 4 phases. Each phase has a duration of 2 weeks.
2️⃣ The minimum token purchase will be of 10 USD.
3️⃣ In order for you to make a purchase you'll have to be logged into your account.
4️⃣ You will be able to make the purchase in a lot of different cryptocurrencies.
5️⃣ The withdrawal of these tokens is going to be available as soon as the pre-sale is over. No withdrawal fees are going to be applied.
6️⃣ If during the pre-sale we don't manage our minimum target of sale, all sold tokens will be repurchased by XGambleOnline from our buyers.
7️⃣ If your referral makes a purchase of tokens during any of the different phases you’ll get 5% in tokens added to your balance.
8️⃣ Each sale will give you 50% in ERC-20 tokens and 50% in TRC-20 tokens. (No exception)

 PRE-SALE PRICES:
So during phase 1 we are looking for the initial 50k in order to start the project. The price of the token during this phase will be 0,01 USD / token.
During phase 2 we are looking an additional capital in order to make upgrades to the project. The price of the token during this phase will be 0,012 USD / token.
During phase 3 the price of the token will be 0,014 USD / token.
Finally during phase 4 the price of the token will be 0,017 USD / token.

After the pre-sale is over we are going to be selling the rest of the tokens for at least 0,02 USD / token. This will happen in the beginning trough our own exchange in the platform (Still to be released), and also through exchanges where we want to list the token. So YES, IT WILL BE LISTED.


 IS THE CASINO READY YES OR NO?:
Our website is very attractive and catches the attention of a lots of people as our Analytics has shown us. So of course there are many people thinking that the Casino is ready to gamble. But, no. Not yet. After the Pre-sale is over the casino will be launched. We are currently working on it, and depending on the funding we receive from the pre-sale we would be going for a (licence in Curacao, and hub in Cyprus.). As said earlier our token holders will be able to Stack these tokens in order to receive dividends and participate in important decision making of our company.

 FUNDING:
Well depending on the funding we get, that will give us an idea on where to start.
With about +50k we would be able to start with a Crypto casino (White-Label-solution) with some good games. Of course think that we are always taking into consideration that around 35-45% of the capital is in the ''bank'' in order to be able to take the bets.
With about 200-300k we would to for the full solution Crypto+Fiat, Live games, SportsBetting solution and Poker tournaments. Also a feature we would like to add is WorldLottery.
With about 700k which is the max we are willing to take during pre-sale of course we are thinking of 2 Casinos. One more focused on the Asian-Market and another one focused on the American/European market. We know that Asian players love other kinds of colours, games and bet sizes.

 OUR ROADMAP:
Q3 2020
- Research analysis of the current market situation.
- Design of the XGamble Platform and Casino.
- The settlement of the contract with XGamble software provider to deploy the Casino using the provider’s back-end technology.

Q4 2020
- The creation of the XGamble Token via the Ethereum and Tron network.
- Airdrop 4,8M XGamble Tokens pre-launch event.
- XGamble Platform launch - Login System - Referral System.
- Strategic Partnership.
- Pre-sale of XGamble Tokens.
- The establishment of a core community that will test and provide feedback on the platform before its public release.
- If during any phase of the pre-sale the soft cap has been achieved the XGamble Casino launch could be earlier than Q1 2021.

Q1 2021
- Unlocking of the XGamble Tokens for who made purchase during pre-sale or received during Airdrop. This unlock will not be available for the Team or Developers.
- Launch of internal exchange (Transfer of tokens between users will also be possible - fees may apply).
- Launch of the XGamble Casino Platform. Public presentation and social launch.
- Launch of the Voting and Stacking platform for Token holders.
- Initial countdown to the first profit release to Token holders.
- Development of mobile platform and casino app.
- Incorporation of Sport-betting, Lottery, Poker and Live-Casino features.
- License acquisition in Curacao, to comply with AML and KYC rules and regulations.

Q2 2021
- This stage includes projects and goals necessary for the long-term viability of the project, the maintained value of the token, and the continued return of profits for investors.
- Development of our own payment processor and provide financial services to other platforms through Blockchain Technology.

Just a little suggestion:

Please just make the span of the cookie popup above and let it be accurate to the whole platform's language. I'm on english xgambleonline yet the Cookie advisory is in Spanish (i guess). It also shouldn't be on top but rather must take atleast 20% of the viewport/window and must be located at the bottom part of the window.

And BTW, where is your Terms and Conditions? I've read below that we should read it yet I found no links in your website about it. Will keep an eye on this for more suggestions.

It's just an offshore shell company where registration cost £50, and your Statement of capital is GBP 10. Plus domain registration and hosting means that's your initial investment is less than £100. i'm not sure you can do anything that way in the gambling industry.
For example, how you plan to start any giveaway/airdrop or to give free stuff if you haven't reserved funds for that?

I mean that I know the great number of scamming projects that just working according to cheating algorithms and just stealing the user's money. I am not ready to support such a way of earning. Of course, the casino should work and receive the profit, but it is possible to realize it like fairspin.io, for example. Yeah, some people lose there, but some people really win huge sum and it depends only on your luck, like a lottery. It is okay, as I think.

Just to be absolutely clear, we don't have the casino yet. It's work in progress and we are open of course to any implementation of ideas to make it even a better product for the customers.
What we have done is of course, have talked to a bunch of providers and so on in order to have a range of prices in order to know where to start.
