Why are we mixing possibilities with prediction? I would suggest you to check it again as it's not a prediction but rather possibility as we are already aware that anything is possible in crypto it may either cross $100000 or even drop down to $100. I personally think figure $100000 is bit overhyped and might not be an easy feat to achieve by 2021.

Anthony Apompliano co-founder at Morgan creek digital. Predicted bitcoin to hit 100k per one by the end of 2021 on a video with CNBC
https://twitter.com/SquawkCNBC/status/1331560442188210176?s=19. This prediction is beyond my imagination but he made a significant point on buying bitcoin. If more people get their hands on bitcoin, this prediction doesn't look impossible to be sincere. If I'm asked: I think bitcoin reaching 100k should be by the end of 2024.

What do you think?

Everyone could have their own prediction and speculation. The difference here if these popular or known people do make out their sentiments is that it did really make up some buzz or simply say
it is really been scattered or showing off that it is really a significant one without even realizing that everything is just pure spec even though they do put up some basis.

Some do even put up 300k+ in price in year 2021 which is totally unrealistic or even with 100k in 2021 is just too much. That would really be a hell of a ride and we cant just
simply see these numbers without having that full adoption.

For now the best thing to be done is to observe on how this market behaves and somewhat do guess some realistic numbers that hoping for those higher ones.

If he said $50k maybe I am going to believe that, with the way the price has been going lately, after reaching almost $20k it started to crash again. We don’t know when next the price is going to hit a new ATH, but if it does, I feel positive that it might get to $50,000 or maybe not, but that price is what I can take.

As for $100,000 it’s not a price that seems believable to reach anytime. As for now the Bitcoin marker is finding it difficult to get pass its last ATH, and with the way it’s been dropping quickly yesterday and today, I don’t know what price it will be heading to next.

For sure $100k is the primary target of this market cycle. If the market cycle concludes by the end of 2021 then for sure it should peak around $100k. It may just miss it (like top out at $90k or something) or it may break it and then fly to like $120k the way last cycle breaking $10k sent it to $20k. But for sure $100k is very reasonable and realistic.

Anyone suggesting it's "crazy" or is gonna take many years to get there simply doesn't understand the Bitcoin market. If the market tops at the end of next year, it'd be frankly shocking if it didn't get at least near $100k.

Maybe this is the part of the hype over the past weeks to boost the price of Bitcoin but it wont happen easily even if we want it this is also an overhyped prediction. Bitcoin is the best coin but we have to see the real situation of the market and don’t just believe on any prediction, 2021 might be a good year but no one can assure that.

Let's get crazy.. it's possible to see $100k because it happen in the past that bitcoin had some crazy bull run.
year 2017, I think bitcoin was just $1,000 at the start of 2017, and we didn't expect it to reach $20,000 by the end of the year, close to that actually.

https://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-price-1000-january-1-2017

So, that's almost x20 increase, and look with the current price now of $18000, let's say it will close down at $15000.. you just need some 7 times increase to hit that $100,000.... easy peasy.  Smiley
