What I want to know is, the quality of your posts makes it clear that you are not new to the forum.  So why do you need to create a new account to post on the forum? 

He has every right to do so. Alternative accounts are allowed on the forum.

I am sure you have multiple accounts.

I happen not to have been too familiar with how most of this thing operates here, but I think it's not a coincidence to have submitted another user's details, given the fact that the user's details contain their wallet address intended to receive his or her payment. When it comes to money transactions and payments, I think everyone is usually very careful, and perhaps the two accounts are high-ranked and they may have had more experience in the forum to do a quick cross-check before submitting their details.

I also have one question: for those individuals who have a high rank but whose accounts get hacked, is it that there is no means to recover their accounts, or they don't know how to do it? I wish someone could answer; I am just curious to know.
