Being a scammer isn't about educated or not, it is about the chance and the willingness. Don't think that all scammers come from university!! You also don't deny that many university people contribute to improving crypto and BTC. I have joined some web seminars or online seminars, many of the participants come from universities. It means those university people do the right thing. The scammers are only a few bad guys from univesity.

Well, you have a point there. Not all people that that come from university are scammers, in fact, I have a friend who studied in the most popular university and also has an interest in the blockchain. I don't hear that he want to scam or taking advantage of lower people, in fact, that always on his mind to help other people and share what he learned. Scammers are those poor and greedy people and also lazy people, they don't care if they had a lot of victims of their scam activities.

Scammers does need diploma to scam. They are just really bad people that are lazy happy to work fast and easy money. They are just really good on it after successfully making scam activity one after another. You see that they are evolve too in their activity being smart and has a good ways to scam. However, if we the bitcoiners would also be educated with their activity then definitely they can't get us fall into their trap.

no you dont need a degree to scam . anyone can scam and most scammers are not wearing a formal attire or go to famous universities but most of them are poor . they do that because they need to survive but they want is an easy money , why cant those people work hard and earn in a legit way . fuds is another that wont be eliminated on cryptos because they are speculative and anyone can released a fud to boil things up . xrp is full of fud at the start of its run and now it starting to scam in reality not just a fud but btc isnt a scam .

Education does not guarantee that people have morals, so many highly educated people use their abilities to scams.
In my opinion, only religion can restrict people from committing fraud, although it does not guarantee 100% success.
Sometimes it is greed and economic conditions that make people lose their morale and decide to steal other people's money.
So in the end we ourselves can avoid becoming victims of fraud, always be careful in choosing projects for investment.
Regarding the many incidents of scams in crypto space, people are too lazy to do research on the projects they want to
participate in.

-snip-
You will hear many cryptos facing the same problem in the coming months or years, especially ETH and other similar coins who raised money without registering with them.
XRP is only a beginning that has always been exaggerated and called shitcoin, even though the SEC's decision only applies in the US and not on a global scale. FUD made it look as if XRP had to be abolished immediately, even though there was still no bright spot about the future clarity and XRP advisors were still filing an appeal.

Some cryptos like ETH might face problems like you said, but according to some current news the next target is Chainlink (LINK).
