Reserve Rights (RSR) - Go or No-Go?

Hello,

I've been moderately involved in crypto investing for the past 5 years. Most coins are clear in their value proposition in terms of what might drive the value of owning that specific coin. However, I can't quite dial in RSR.

Any compelling thoughts out there for or against RSR?
