Halo CE (Automatted Payout system) Programmer needed

I currently run free Halo Bitcoin matches on the weekends and I was wanting to automate payouts based on matches.

Currently everything is done manually however what I'd like to setup is a simple GUI login where users can place their request addresses for payout and directly connect to the Halo CE server I have setup.

The payouts are done simple.

Who ever wins a Slayer match is paid with the server bankroll and for a Team Slayer match the entire team is paid based on a standard server "bankroll".


This system only needs to verify that a player wins and pay that player at the end of the match.
