Next time, avoid using that wallet or sending their money because at that moment you are waiting for the support team's responses in order to be able to access your money.

Scam is not moderated here. For why mods are not taking any action against them. But the forum has a trust score feature and if people don't care about it and they don't be careful about their own money mods will not stop them to use such wallets. So always we should make ourselves perfect before talking against/about mods activities.
