Buy-in = Usually this is the entry fee for joining the tournament. Everywhere else you have to pay 'x' amount of money (as per the buy-in) in order to join the tournament and this will be considered lost from the beginning. BUT in bitcointalk poker events, Buy-in  = Deposit and wager 'x' amount of money on a particular casino (usually who is sponsoring the event).
Lets take the example of our Casinpunkz poker event, where buy-in is = $50 worth of deposits since last tournament, and 1x wager. This means there is no dedicated entry fees, in order to join the poker event, all you have to to do is to deposit $50 (you can do multiple deposits totalling to $50) and wager it 1x. You can cash out the entire amount after wagering as you normally (depending upon how much you win or lose). So you are basically getting free entry to a poker event with $1050 worth of prizes by just normally playing at casinopunkz, no string attached.
Sometimes poker tournaments are absolutely free = no need to pay fee/deposit at certain casinos/wager, all you need to do is just request participation and you are good to go. This is called freeroll.

I participated in the Casinopunkz poker tournament for the first time today and also made my first deposit. Unfortunately, my first experience turned out to be really unlucky. I tried the Aviator game after making the deposit. I was super unlucky that my first two bets busted at 1.00× multiplier . Then I was also unlucky in the poker tournament. I wasn't getting any good pairs and my cards weren't having any good combinations with the dealer cards.

If it is ERC20 chain, on chain transaction fee is higher than other chains like BSC, Tron, so if there is an existence of minimum withdrawal value, it should logically be higher on ERC20 chain than on other chains like BSC, TRC20.

You can try to submit USDT withdrawal on BSC and TRC20 chains, and hopefully you will see lower minimum withdrawal figures.
