LN is fast and quite handy in terms of doing fast transaction. But the problem was its on Beta Phase and there's still a lot of bugs which can be dangerous to apply on a real business right now. Setting up an own LN node as a bit complicated and even OP know someone good in technology, It will still required them to do extra cautious because this project is still development meaning they will develop it too in case they want to apply it to there own business.

Using 3rd party payment processor will be the best option for a business to apply cryptocurrency in there system.

One thing is having an idea and another is implementing it; now that you have the idea, you can start working towards it by first starting with acquiring all the knowledge you need to know about it, also asking those who have set up such business for popular opinions. If other people can accept Bitcoin in their businesses, in the same way, you can do as well, since it is being seen as a payment method.
To be frank, this is a very nice idea because you will succeed in removing any payment restrictions while attracting more people, you will also be able to bring the knowledge of crypto to more people because their curiosity and questions will lead to such. If the client wants to use bitcoin for the payment better to accept this kind of payment because that is the customers wants. We need to change or maybe add something new like bitcoin we can accept bitcoin for our business. If it will the first clinic that will accept bitcoin payments in Madrid then it is good as you are the first one to do it but you need to make sure first that you are ready for the volatility of bitcoin price as it's price will change easily.

Aside from that, you should be ready also to wait for any transactions that you are going to receive as sometimes the bitcoin transaction will take time to finish especially if the sender uses a small fee and the mempool is congested. Those are only few issues that you need to be ready of, if you have no problem with it then you are good to go.

I am just thinking about travelling agencies which accept Bitcoin payments. How they handle a situation where the trip is cancelled and a refund is required. With high price violation, customers may feel shattered if they get back a significantly less amount of bitcoin.

Why not. For clients that'll be reserving their clinic sessions in advance, you can refer to this "list of BTCitcoin payment processors" and for those that'll pay in person, a simple "BTCitcoin accepted here" sign would suffice...

Not only limited to travel/airline industry but also with other industries as well where they do integrate Bitcoin or simply crypto payments into their services.

When it comes to integration then those payment processors would be one of the things needed and of course your awareness towards crypto volatility..

You can freely add up crypto payments into your business but of course you would need to find out first if crypto isnt something being banned nor prohibited into your country

It's always nice to see business interested to accept Bitcoin, even if deman for it. But your case is a bit different, because it's not typical online store, but physical place. So, integration of Bitcoin payments may be a bit more difficult than simply adding one of crypto payment proccessors to your website. Other solution is needed for you. Sure you can do that, but have you understood all the risks you will face if you accept Bitcoin as payment? examples the volatile prices, how many confirmations are enough to secure your transaction. Regarding being the first in your city, it's true that it would be really nice especially if your city has a lot of Crypto users, then they will interest to use your service.

Yeah, you can do it. But don't just limit your options to bitcoin only. Add other altcoins too (if you are willing to risk holding or aren't directly accepting it). If you don't want to directly accepting bitcoin, you can use third party integration like coingate. They will accept crypto currencies on your behalf and you can directly receive fiat payment. You can also choose to keep those coins that you receive. The fee is reasonable.
Accepting bitcoin does have some drawbacks when it comes to wait time and fee. You can use lightning network but like TGD said, its going to be a bit complicated.

These is awesome, like I have heard of many great stuffs about bitcoin and how it’s been used as methods of payment. I heard some flights company are now accepting bitcoin as their payment option and some online business. If you think that you'll be first in this sector in Madrid, then it means that you can't do actual research whether crypto in this business is a good addition or neutral (it can't be bad). So, you know, you are the first one who will implement it and in business, you have to be innovator, the first one who implements or creates innovations. Try to add cryptocurrencies, you won't lose customers but there may be new loyal ones who will appreciate the fact that you accept cryptocurrencies and it will be a pleasure for them to visit you.

To sum up, just try it if you don't lose anything, at least you'll gain a name of a company that become the first to accept cryptocurrencies in your sector in Madrid and anniversary fact of it will be that media may write some articles about you and it will help you in promotions.
