I am not confident doing the crypto thing, so I decied to try my first ETH transfer from ATOMIC WALLET to Huobi and the transaction is here:

 Etherscan says transaction is complete I go to huobi and ZERO, no ETH at all, but for a simple transfer I had to pay 1 USD and in the end no coin
in the wallet?

I am not confident bying crypt, the day I am confident I will make a 1000 USD transaction but if a little transaction fails then chances all bigger transactions will fail all the same which means that maybe fiat banks are the way and safer... Please tell me what was my mistake, is HUOBI scam exchanger?

You should contact "Huobi"
- Did you check to visit the right website?
- Always check deposit history, could be your transaction still waiting for confirmation.
- Check their policy deposit, did they have a minimum deposit to be processed or not
- Check the address you are sending, this is just to prevent you are not getting any malware of clip jack address.

I see the address has some transaction from "Crypto(.)com" on the first TX, did you send this transaction if yes and on the first TX doesn't have problem at all you should be fine.
