So with the news of Libra coming into the picture again, scammers are very quick to make fake video in youtube and then link their site. But upon closer inspection, the website is for sale, and maybe scammers are just milking it out before someone buy the domain to them.

Reported already, let's see how fast or slow Youtube will take this down.

The video has some referral link, not sure about that though have he can earn money unless he owns the website itself. Nevertheless, this is still very dangerous, so another good find of yours and keep it up. Libra might be back, and reinvent themselves but it will take time though.
