If he is really bullish on BTC and willing to risk he probably would just rent up to 5 years and then see how much profit made. If 1BTC will be a $100K, he'll be a legendary to watch out n crypto community.

But it is me who has a family of my own, I guess I will not risk my house for I can afford to be homeless when things go south. I will however still invest few of  the money too BTC.

I'm not from a culture where people take credits like this easily in general, so I don't like the idea of it. Then again, investing in Bitcoin at ATH, and the money that is meant for a very important thing which a house is - I think it's very risky, and I definitely wouldn't go for it. If the prices on accommodation are very likely to get higher and this person is sure about being able to make the credit payments in time for years, I'd probably make the down payment. Because another problem with Bitcoin is this: say you invest, and it actually rises in 5 years. Then there's still this problem of getting such a huge amount of money back into fiat, the taxation matter or hoping that someone would sell a house for BTC... And if questions are raised on the origin of this money, it would be more difficult to prove it's all clean than if a person worked for 5 years and made the payments. I don't know, it's all quite uncertain and risky...

to be honest this is a tough decision to make...
but this is my opinion personally, as a housewife, for sure I will buy a house first and then invest in Bitcoin because convenience is the best choice especially for someone who is married.

As a financial advisor I am often confronted with questions like this.  It's all about the risk vs reward.  How badly does he want this new home? Does he have a family, is the current home uncomfortable?  Personally I don't think this is the smartest idea to take the money and "invest" it in to bitcoin.  Once again it's important to remember that bitcoin is inherently NOT and investment ( though yes it of course has turned in to one just as all fiat money has). 

Also have to keep in mind that in 5 years he's not likely to get such a great deal on his loan as interest rates are at all time lows right now.

It's not that tough, OP.
Though rent would cover your needs temporarily, but a house would still be better at any circumstances.
Bitcoin would just follow up later on.
You'll never know if you'll be stuck forever in that rental apartment, even you mentioned 5 years,  once you invested in Bitcoin ,because nobody knows what the price will be next month.
Buy the house and just start saving up from their for your investment in Bitcoin. Once some random price correction occurs, you might be able to buy Bitcoin at its lowest.

I won't risk it in crypto currencies. Bitcoin is having a great time now but I doubt that it would stay there for a long time. It might just go down the time you invested in it so better get house. You never know the price of houses in the next 4-5 years so better get it now while you can. You might regret it.
