I’ve had good luck recovering my own Money from a dozen businesses, with good enough reason I can drop a message

So far I’ve gotten money back from an airline, money transmitters, banks, a self proclaimed gangster.

Must be a contactable public business or person, successful recovery = 10%  fee

You're leaving yourself open to defamation if you follow through with the OP's suggestion of naming and shaming.

Court actions usually get resolved with a directive, or, at the very least a confidentiality clause.
