Other cards is not showing in my mining rig only one GPU that I see under "device manager"
I tried to install latest version of nVidia I'm getting error that the driver version that I download is not compatible to my current OS.

My current OS is Windows 10 enterprise.

Do you think switching to windows 10 pro will work to run 6 GPU with different nVidia models?
Or do I need to set something on the Bios like switching pcie to gen 2.0?

Actually I already tried to set and follow some guides from youtube but the other cards is not showing on device manager.
So maybe there is a problem about the driver and the OS.
The current version of the driver installed on my rig is 3xx something and the latest version is above 4xx.

Could you recommend a Windows 10 version which one can run 6 GPU?

Makes no difference, every windows10 version can handle all combinations of gpu´s. I think you have the wrong nvidia driver version, maybe the "dch" version.

Try this version https://www.nvidia.de/download/driverResults.aspx/167186/de

My issue fixed after I replace a different riser it's seem the other type of riser has compatibility issue.

Anyway, I endup installing hiveOS instead due to issue mining on Windows while using one of the card as primary.

I’m having a similar issue as you

Got my 3080 recently and installed it in my pc . So i kept my old 1070TI and decided to connect both for mining and use the 3080 as main for everything ( obv ).

Both are MSI.

Motherboard has 3 pcie. One pcie 16x , a small 1x and a second 16x that i think runs at 8 or 4

3080 is plugged directly into the primary pcie 16x .

1070ti is in the third slot , the pcie 16x that runs at 8 using those blue usb 16 to 1 risers.

So i’m able to mine with both but often the 1070TI goes offline . I can see it in the device manager but in afterburner it’s not active and shows everything at 0 . I have to reboot the pc to get it back online and sometimes that does not even work.

I installed the latest nvidia drivers and all windows updates are done . I’m on windows 10 pro

So whats the riser you had that was giving you issues and what did u use to replace it ?

Would using those riser that do 16 to 16 fix my issue ?

The most stable version of windows is windows 7, but the painful part is w7 is not supported anymore, even new drivers like amd aren't working so well on windows7 anymore so the only choice left is windows 10 but if you can handle Linux OS it's the best OS for mining , it have better support for multiple graphic cards than windows OS
