I placed the order on 03.12.2020 for 1 unit of the Innosilicon A10 485 MH/s. Every time they respond to my questions whether they have shipped the order, they make up some excuse why it wasn't.
You might want to also report them by "
submitting a ticket" through their registrar
[namecheap] or by using the following contact details but before that, you should probably update this thread with screenshots or video recordings of those excuses
