What happened:
I was searching for some mining equipment and found this website on Google.  They claim to be one of the biggest distributors of mining equipment worldwide and being located in China. Their prices and terms seemed reasonable at the moment. I placed an order and paid with bitcoin - their only payment method.

According to their website all orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment and the shipping time is between 5 and 8 days. That is not the case sadly. I placed the order on 03.12.2020 for 1 unit of the Innosilicon A10 485 MH/s. Every time they respond to my questions whether they have shipped the order, they make up some excuse why it wasn't. I will update the thread once there is more information from them as they have stopped responding recently.

You did the first mistake by placing your order on a website which is only 16 days old. You may haven’t checked their domain before sending your payment to them. I just checked it and it was created on 2020-12-01. I am pretty much sure that you got scammed by them and its a fake mining equipment seller website.

How do you search for mining equipment and forget to search about the project reviews and any other sort of due diligence?
If you get no information, you can ask members here, and they will advise you accordingly.

Unfortunately, I don't think they'll be responding again and even if they do, it's just going to be more excuses...

You might want to also report them by "submitting a ticket" through their registrar ^[namecheap] or by using the following contact details but before that, you should probably update this thread with screenshots or video recordings of those excuses ^{[hopefully, they'll take it down]}.
