All the developers moved on to other forums for discussion because Bitcointalk is full of spam and nonsense.
The forum is really not the best venue for development of software. A venue such as GitHub is really better that can track things such as Issues and improvement requests (pull requests). GH doesn’t have the ability to track things such as BIPs, but the Dev mailing list is a good venue to discuss these. If receiving emails from the Dev mailing list, you can pretty easily filter out messages from people who you don’t want to talk to, can filter so you only receive messages from who you believe are experts, and there is not the same incentive to write many messages/posts.
Yep, right, during the bitcoin-gold deployment I got banned for reporting bugs.
Now on CHia-Net I have been banned for reporting bugs, I enjoy rolling up my sleeves on these new shitcoins, and running them down.
Both of these above projects are same-same western management, chinese owned, and they all used indian sub-contractors in bangalore, the problem with github, as that the incompetent management simply silences 'bugs' when it cannot solve them.
I also disgree that finney and satoshi (NSA) used this forum, they were on usenet crypto-graphic forums, that was always the place for the experts.
This forum is a honey pot for noobs and nothing else,
Well they still use github, and its the repository, and people can still shit-post on dicussions, and/or bug reports at github; I really don't think that many people are working on BTC anymore, most people have moved on to BTC 2.0, or 3.0
and what is BTC 2.0, or 3.0 if I may ask?
What in the hell is 'meta', this post was on bitcon-talk-discussion, but got moved to no-where, is this shadow ban, or is this where the gods go to retire?
Bitcoin Forum > Other > Meta
IMHO btc 2.0, is ETH, and BTC 3.0 is IPC ( newer internet protocol ), however they being better than btc, they still have lost track of the orginal finney-satoshi libertarian bent of btc
The general trend of all crypto is to suck phalloc of IRS, BIS, IMF, and KYC; Hell it appears that BTC-CORE can't get enough of uncle-scams back rubs.
