I know BW listed the
scam SAFEX about a month ago, since then withdrawal & deposit been disabled & the volume has been high, one to three million per day, obviously wash trading, the price is also unusual about three to five times the price on an exchange with SAFEX deposit open, i am not an expert in this matter but it seems to me that BW & SAFEX are involved in market manipulation, they been artificially increasing the price on BW & dumping coins on the other exchanges that are Livecoin & Xcalibra, Livecoin is offline right now because was hacked.
At the moment i am writing this the price of SAFEX is four times higher in BW than in Xcalibra.
