If you don't know about Bitcoin, I think that the section you chose, Beginners & Help is perfect.

Maybe you can also start with reading some books. You can either use the search feature of the forum, either google with queries like: books site:bitcointalk.org

No, because he just want to earn some money through bounty and exchanged it to bitcoin or their local money. He wants to know about bitcoin because the price is spike right now and crossed new ATH, that's why he wants to know how to earn bitcoin more

That book is better suited for developers and those who understand and are interested in coding. I don't think OP would be able to understand it based on his understanding of English.

If you want an easy to understand introduction to Bitcoin, gives this video a try:
What is Bitcoin? Bitcoin Explained Simply for Dummies.

You can continue with their video segments and watch What is a Bitcoin Wallet? (in Plain English) and What is Bitcoin Mining? (In Plain English).
The videos are simple to follow and even have subtitles.

If you want to keep your activities to this forum, I suggest simply visiting and reading the threads in Bitcoin Technical Support and Development & Technical Discussion.

Obviously, we all want to be knowledgeable of Bitcoin and the tricks behind it an I feel being in this forum offers the best opportunity for we beginners.
Talking about the best place to learn, the forum fills that position but then, dwelling on in the beginners and help section is the best place for we beginners for easy participation but, it's advisable to visit other boards to get the knowledge they offer too.

However, I am not completely sure that the OP is a beginner who doesn't know about bitcoin. OP has been registered as a beginner since January 2018 and is now almost 3 years old. Right on December 18th he resumed his first post after a long sleep and started following the bounty campaign on December 20th. Is this something that counts as someone who doesn't know about bitcoin ?
But you've referred him to the perfect place for newbie and I firmly believe the OP will have something good to learn if he really wants to stay here.

You will need to read about bitcoin generally, on this forum you can use the search engine to search about bitcoin which will bring you bitcoin topics, but you will need to read from outside sources too, using mastering bitcoin will help you.
