As far as I know, I think that's OK in this forum. I have seen many people sell License or product key in there without any issues about going against the forum rules.

If you're asking if it's allowed, then as to what JeromeTash mentioned the other day, yes it's allowed but the real question is if the method in which you're obtaining those keys are legitimate itself?

the biggest problem for the success of your business is that you can prove if you can have these licenses honestly and at this point there are few in this segment that can prove it. I would recommend that you choose trusted members of that forum and send them proof and then those members would give feedback on your topic and of course also oblige people to use escrow

I don't understand what's the point: 1. Sell items on bitcointalk in Digital Goods section or 2. Just sell items online.

In the case of the first one, absolutely, you can sell items as long as you carry legal product and your "business" doesn't violate laws. If you sell cracked/stolen keys, then - no.
You can't sell the "virus", it's against laws and is illegal!
You can just open "Thread" and offer the listing to bitcointalk members.

In the case of the second one, you can sell items online too but before doing this, you have to do deep analyze of your niche. You have to consider SEO (keywords, difficulties, available domain names, budget for marketing, etc). Long story short - you have to learn digital marketing, SEO and website management before thinking about this.

You need to establish your reputation if you want to do that, we have a marketplace for this on this forum, to attract more buyers you should offer a vouch to your product and services, so people will know that you are selling a legit product or services, it's better if you have a good rank in this forum, if you have a good rank you have a good chance to attract more buyers.

I don't know how much you're willing to sell these keys for, but if you think you can compete with G2A prices, it might be a good idea to start selling there. You'll be targeting way more people (including bitcoiners) compared to if you try to sell them here.

If you decide to start on the forums as suggested above, avoid locking your topics or using sites like selly to sell your goods.
