Hi there, decided to dive in and buy some Bitcoin through Coinmama after reading that they were a trusted company
Without much knowledge i purchased them and gave them what i thought was my wallet address to a site called Zengo.
It would appear that i have them the wrong wallet address and now i dont know where they are ?
My order is showing on Blockchain.com but my lack of knowledge means i dont know what i am looking at... Coinmama CS said as they were given the wrong address my coins could be lost.
Can anyone help me with this ?

I've never heard of that wallet before.
Where did you get the address to give to Coinmama? On Blockchain.info, do you see your address in the output(recipient)? If you accidentally copied the wrong address, then the funds are lost and there isn't any way to get it back.

The information regarding my transaction is showing on the Blockchain.com site, under the heading Explorer
It then shows me about a 25 digit number of letters and numbers which says " Unique identifier used to identify a particular address "
Below that it then shows under Transactions - Hash and a series of numbers...
ps i thought i had scanned the Q code or whatever you call it from my phone to the Zengo wallet
When i click on my transaction it is saying unspent

The information regarding my transaction is showing on the Blockchain.com site, under the heading Explorer
Did you search for your Zengo address that you tried to send coins to? And on this address you see details of a transaction? The series of numbers you describe show the inputs in to the transaction on the left, and the outputs on the right. One of the outputs should be to your address for the amount of bitcoin you bought. If you are willing to share your transaction ID or address, then we can take a look and tell you exactly what is going on.

Can you paste the address you sent it to here, or the QR code. Also, can you paste the transaction id or hash. This will help to know the root source of the problem.

36ovibBn7g7CukYy29y3rFwXpj3GvHHrSh This address shows one incoming transaction of 0.0200191 BTC made on January 4th. This would have been in the region of $600 on that date. Do those amounts match the purchase you made? The "unspent" simply means the coins haven't been sent onwards yet. They are still present at that address. Check your Zengo wallet. Do you see the address 36ovibBn7g7CukYy29y3rFwXpj3GvHHrSh? If so, then this is simply an issue with your wallet not syncing up properly. If you do not see that address, then chances are you have sent to the wrong address by mistake.

Your bitcoin is there and it is marked as Unspent. That is very normal. You need to read UTXO - Unspent Transaction Output: https://www.oreilly.com/library/view/mastering-bitcoin/9781491902639/ch05.htmlTransaction Outputs and Inputs
The fundamental building block of a bitcoin transaction is an unspent transaction output, or UTXO. UTXO are indivisible chunks of bitcoin currency locked to a specific owner, recorded on the blockchain, and recognized as currency units by the entire network. The bitcoin network tracks all available (unspent) UTXO currently numbering in the millions. Whenever a user receives bitcoin, that amount is recorded within the blockchain as a UTXO. Thus, a user’s bitcoin might be scattered as UTXO amongst hundreds of transactions and hundreds of blocks. In effect, there is no such thing as a stored balance of a bitcoin address or account; there are only scattered UTXO, locked to specific owners. The concept of a user’s bitcoin balance is a derived construct created by the wallet application. The wallet calculates the user’s balance by scanning the blockchain and aggregating all UTXO belonging to that user.
TIP There are no accounts or balances in bitcoin; there are only unspent transaction outputs (UTXO) scattered in the blockchain.

I did check with them and they said they didnt recognise the wallet address that i gave them Check with who? Who didn't recognize the wallet address? Your 0.0200191 BTC is on address 36ovibBn7g7CukYy29y3rFwXpj3GvHHrSh. Is that address part of your Zengo wallet? If that is not your address, then there is a chance you have fallen victim to something known as clipboard malware. Whenever you copy an address to send coins to, clipboard malware changes it in to an attacker's address, so when you paste in the address you are pasting an attacker's address rather than address you thought you copied.

yes it's 0.02 BTC in this wallet 36ovibBn7g7CukYy29y3rFwXpj3GvHHrSh, I don't know what they are saying that they don't recognize the address or what but if you clearly see on the transaction its 100% bitcoin address, sir o_e_l_e_o is correct, you might victim to a scammer scheme, I'm just thinking why would you do a large transaction to an unknown exchange, I'm sure its an exchange I hear of that before, why not choose well known, like Binance, or poloniex?

Next time, for the OP to transact with bitcoin. First, need to search trusted exchanges. Then, try with small amount first and see if it will go thru and he has the access of the funds. Don't go big at your first transaction to any exchange, even on top exchanges. I do that in every new exchange that I want to use with. You need to test with small value. Because at some point, you will make mistake, at least you only lost small amount.

Clipboard Hijacker Malware Monitors 2.3 Million Bitcoin AddressesHow to lose your Bitcoins with CTRL-C CTRL-VDon't trust Copy- Paste and make double checks or tripple checks if a transaction is made on exchange. Exchange often has a pop-up message and sender need to take it as a double check (receiving address and amount to send). Exchange sends a confirmation email and sender can take it as a tripple check. On Poloniex, after click on the confirmation email and link, it appears a page to check and re-confirm details again before finalize a transaction. If being careful, it is safe to protect our crypto with checks. The best is keep devices are clean.

Is zengo wallet is actually a legit one meh? Haven't heard the name anywhere but there is no scam reports yet available and its actually not really a new wallet.
If the wallet is legit then OP send the funds to the wrong wallet by mistake or just by the malware installed on his device.
OP, anything confirmed on bitcoin network is irreversible so you need to make sure the address twice or thrice is accurate before sending your funds.
