DYOR is a must. There are so many properties being purchased with crypto but it looks like the deal was not involving the third parties. There's also a lot of real estate marketplace based crypto already dead too.

yeah from where did you find this project , i also read their whitepaper and contact with the team, i believe its not an another scam project with my experience . But Most projects were dead , and hope this team will do their best to reach their aim .

There are many crypto currency projects on real estate. Most of these projects lost their functionality over time. Now i am sure they create new projects because real estate investment is very suitable for blockchain

The only Real estate project I know in the space is propy you can check it out on coinmarketcap, the project was able to raise a lot of funds during last ICO bull run and the token price crashed during the bear market but the team seems to be committed to the project and are still building their platform but the platform has not gained much traction in the crypto space so far

Is real estate more profitable enough? whereas now most people are not able to reach it. on the other hand, large investors have switched to non-real estate. so are you sure to develop finance there?

I'm new to crypto field , but i have lot of experience in real estate investments , that was really good investment for me but if you are willing to invest for a  this type of project in crypto field, it might be profitable for you , but you should study that project well , Don't be lazy , study well and invest ... if not , you may lose your money

I was seeing that real-estate related crypto invest ico was failed almost 95% so how you can believe this type of ico? you can invest over too much better ico's far better than real estate crypto projects.

Im definitely agree with you , but more than 90% of other non real state icos were also failed...
I think its not depend on weather the project is real state or non real state , its depend on the team , partners , aim , roadmap , concept etc..

I've heard similar things, but only about buying a car. One person told how he sold his car for Bitcoins. It seems to me that buying / selling real estate in the near future will be quite possible. Sooner or later, cryptocurrencies will be accepted at the state level.
