Within the last few years has any of these coins been swapped to a newer chain version or have been hard forked or has been known for a scam

Personally i invested in humaniq and sonm but it was like 3 or 4 years back then after waiting for few months i sold them so i do not know about their current situation but you can always search for their active social channels like at telegram or twitter to find the answers you are looking for.
