withdrawal pending for over 24 hours, then received email asking for identity verification.
after years of being a cloudbet customer, this is the first time i've been asked to show id for a withdrawal request, which they still haven't processed and instead, locked my account.
even after providing my identification to the *best of my current ability, i'm still unable to log in to my account.
^ I don't have immediate access to a current utility bill because i am stuck on extended vacation due to covid-19 travel restrictions making it difficult to return home.
I've contacted a family member asking them to search through my recent mail for an acceptable form of documentation.
cloudbet support says "Your account has been locked until our player safety team has verified your account."
so they refuse to let me withdraw nor will they allow me to play.
it is abundantly clear that cloudbet is taking any actions possible to prevent me from accessing my balance.
I think it's a bit dishonest to do something like that, don't you? What reason would you have to do so?
