Bitcoin won't send from my Electrum wallet....just says unpaid

Bitcoin Client Software and Version Number: Electrum 4.0.9
Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
System Hardware Specs: 4.0 GHz Quad Core CPU with 16 GB RAM and 100 GB free hard drive space.
Description of Problem: Everything looks fine but will not send....Transaction ID says Unknown

I usually upload images to imgur, they allow you to hotlink images directly from their servers.

This being said, i already have some questions for you:

Is this a watch only wallet?
Are you connected to an electrum node (is a green button being shown in the right bottom corner)
Are you 100% sure you downloaded electrum from electrum.org, and did you verify the signature?
Is 2FA enabled?

Go to a site like imgur.com and paste the address of the screenshot here..

Have you been actively using your wallet to send and receive before now or have you just started with it?

This is my first time sending from Electrum. I downloaded the latest version and verified. The node is connected(green dot on bottom right). I'm not sure about 2FA or not. How do I check? I've tried sending with every available fee option.

As long as you have a newbie rank, you can't get images to show up... Just post the link to imgur (like you did before) and we'll be able to see your image by clicking said link.

Here's a simple example of me trying to send funds:

you see? exactly the same kind of screen as you were showing... no problem, just click "finalise"

Step 3

Step 4 is signing the transaction and broadcasting it... But since this is a demo, i won't do this

by the way, i was still editing my previous post... Maybe it's a good idear to read the edited version and see if that's a sollution to your problem?
There's no guarantee you'll be seeing the same screens tough... Wether or not you see these screens depends on your settings... So maybe there's a different problem in your case...

no problem... Let us know if you run into an other problem... Bitcoin has a learning curve, everybody who's starting out will run into problems sooner or later, there's no shame in asking some questions

Since you now understood how to use the "Advanced preview", you may as well know how to send the simple way.

You might have enabled advanced preview in the Preferences that's why it's showing up by default.
Just disable it in "Tools->Preferences->Transactions tab->Advance preview", with that, you'll only be prompted with a simple send dialogue box (fee rate slider, send, cancel, advanced) every time you send bitcoins.
"Advanced" button will open the advance preview if you want to see details.
