he is talking about a system which forms a network created by the people to take over the job when the old system collapses!!!
Wow that's gotta be it!!!
Thus Bashar predicted Bitcoin several years in advance, it looks like conversation was recorded before 2005 and posted on youtube in 2009.

Yes, DEATH to the SYSTEM!  The opaque, inflationary, self-serving piece of crap designed to monitor and tax everyone except for the banking elite whore-types like John Corzine, who write themselves an assymetric one-way option because he has 37:1 leverage that you and I can't get.  No natural, legitimate system would provide this type of leverage for any asset purchase, much less toxic euro debt.
