Sounds like a great start for the revolution my friend Grin
But actually we are not being forced to using the exchange services, are we? If we want to get a fast exchange using many different payment methods to transfer our own funds and have a width of assets to choose then we know where we might go. We pay some fees, we get some facilities and I'm fine with it.
Although, if I wanted my government refund some taxes for me every month I would probably already be in hospital Cheesy

If I use an exchange the fees aren't that high if you find the right one. I don't think you will ever find a service that does not take some kind of fee

Such a commission exists only for the benefit of the exchanger itself. Soon from the fiat that you receive when exchanging cryptocurrency, you will still pay tax to the state. Now, in many countries, exchangers provide information about transactions straight to the tax office and how this may turn out in the future, I think you understand. Therefore, now I am waiting for this informational lull from the tax authorities so as not to get into problems. I don't want to be patient zero.

If you figure out how to offer adequate liquidity without every transaction to cost hell out of gas, you will definitely be THE WINNER. Until then, we are forced to use centralized exchanges.

Another option - persuade Binance to offer 75% fee-back to all members Cheesy

If you think of it, sort of like that. Because crypto exchanges are complying with the AML law from the governments, that's why other exchanges are being strict for dealing with their clients.

Not only that,  if you are talking about the fees. That's how they earn. You withdraw your coins you pay fees. Because you entrusted and stored your coins to their company, it's only right to pay fees to them, right?

Lol! Exchanges are not charity organizations, they are a business entity! Today we are seeing so many new technologies and user friendly interfaces along with crypto education contents around an exchange because it is a business that makes money! So it's not like government rather look at the exchanges as facilitators which helped crypto to rise to this level. Crypto exchanges are the big reason why we have increased the adoption among all levels of the society! Crypto exchange are the reason why we see crypto commercials around the streets. If we didn't have such efforts from crypto exchanges, we could be stuck at few cents a bitcoin. So don't take it negatively! You are getting a service and you are paying for it! As simple as that!

LOL this doesn't make any sense!
When you get a taxi for example and the driver gets you to your destination, in the end you pay the driver for the services that they offered you. The taxi driver is not "like government" and the money you paid them is not "tax". It is a payment for their service that you used.
Going on an exchange, using their services to trade bitcoin or the altcoins also costs and you pay for those services too.

How else do you want exchanges to operate or function of they don't take fees from users? Let's look at it this way, if a team demands for donations to finance the cost of running of their exchange, hardly will anyone pay or donate to them, thus the reason why they demand fees from users in order to run their operations. In the issues of withdrawal fees, that depends on the coin or token you want to withdraw, everyone knows that ERC tokens comes with high withdrawal fees because of the Ethereum network, but on the other hand, tokens or coins withdrawn through Tron blockchain like USDT or even TRX, comes with no fee or in some cases very small fee. Also, XLM and even XRP, comes with less fees as well. So looking at all these critically, one can hardly blame exchanges, they are only doing what they can to continue functioning.

Yes it is true that we are the one who are sustaining them paying up to keep them working but have you imagine how would it work of they aren't around?
Just a P2P without any Midman to secure your money or trade?
Would you rather have it that way trade with only trust to avoid paying a small fee from exchange with a huge risk of losing your money to scammer?
We pay the fee to ensure that our transaction and funds are safe on their website and to ensure that their platform could continue to provide us those kind of service and to ensure that they could upgrade their system to have a better service for us.
