Which virtual card does not freeze accounts, to which any amount can be deposited without worrying about loosing it?

For an example Revolut blocked user accounts.

Any of them can freeze your account at any time using different excuses to do it. AML check-up or because their ToS says they can terminate the services to you "if the weather is not shining" (ie. as they please) as N26 do

They're not different than banks for this. Many will tell you "I'm using ABCD for months and never had an issue with it". It means nothing because a service works fine for you doesn't it's the case with everyone.

Revolut blocks account because their system to flag accounts is so strict. Strict as much as they turned it off for some time

If you plan to only use crypto and you are asking who is not freezing account only because you use crypto, then maybe crypto debit cards is what you are looking for.
But most of those don't offer virtual cards and their availability depends on the country you live in.
