You sure you have been scammed ?The first thing I saw after opening their website is :

Dear customers, we are experiencing delays on exchanging due to extremely high demand, our apologies. Working hard on tech stuff improvement!
Considering your amount is high,it's a rough guess they'e indeed busy with the pending withdrawals. You should probably wait more. They don't have any office location or team details ,stay away. Why do you use such shady sites in the first place ?

I was just going to say exactly the same thing. Why didn't you use shapeshift, OP, when you are aware of their existence? They are well known, and 100% reliable.
I don't know the site you are referring to well enough to say whether you have been scammed or not, but as Joel mentions above, be patient, give it a little more time, and hopefully you will get your funds. That's a hell of a lot of money. I wish you the best of luck :/

Well i have personal experience with changelly so i can say this - changelly does provide you with much better rates than shapeshift, and if you are exchanging small amounts the transaction fees are generally lower as well. But it simply does not make sense when you are exchanging such a big transaction because you could do so via an exchange, especially with a highly liquid coin like Ether.

Minergate is or was at least a reputable team without major issues, hopefully you can get your money back. This could prove to be interesting if the price of ethereum rises a lot in bitcoin terms(it already did), will they provide you with compensation?

Someone recently showed me Changelly (and used it for much lower amounts, say 0.1% of what you did), and I was surprised their rates are almost 1 on 1 compared to an exchange. The last time I used Shapeshift I got a lower rate, so that could be the reason to use it.
60 Bitcoin on the other hand is a hell of a lot of money to entrust to a stranger, and it could be very motivating to run away with.
This thread: Changelly.com legit service ? ended a year ago, but doesn't make me trust them.
Their forum account was last active today.

Their last post:
Due to dramatically increased user queries, our support team is being heavily overloaded. Anyway, we try to answer as fast as we can. Hope for your patience and understanding! Thanks.
Needless to say, waiting 3 days for a response after losing 60 Bitcoin is too long.

Potcoin scam being committed right now?

I was at an review for 3 Pot wallets. Here: www.investopedia.com/news/marijuana-cryptocurrencies-potcoin-dennis-rodman/?utm_source=personalized&utm_campaign=dynamicyield&utm_term=9839327&utm_medium=email

and the link to the first on Potcoin (POT) sent me to https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/potcoin/
where the Buy/Sell Instantly link sent me to purchase Potcoin at Changelly where I sent two purchases of .002 (.0017 after fees) to my Potcoin wallet.

I got a wallet for my pc at http://www.potcoin.com/wallets/ that had an address in it but would not sync to the network which I didn't realize until after I had sent potcoin to it.

Was I scammed, is the potcoin stuck in limbo somewhere waiting or what? Blockchain.info said it processed ok and so did Changelly!

Good thing it was only about $10 worth but I sent in support requests to Potcoin and Changelly and have not heard a thing.

I hope this helps someone with a problem with these guys!

So which is the best Pot UIA?

I've used changelly alot over the past month and have never had any issues with them.
Although I never sent as much as you did.
That is a lot to sent all at once to a site anyways.

Contact support cause their site might have some kind of stop approval process put in place when someone transfers that much on their site.

I have an exchange pending since over 12 hours (huge amount), at Changelly and they keep giving different excuses (such as technical issues, etc).
I will wait another 12 hours and then report this scam.
Better to create new thread regarding your accusation, it's just a good way to bump other people thread with your problem.

So is this issue resolved and Alex received 60 bitcoins ? It will be better if you can show the tx id or at least Alex should confirm on this thread that he received his money.
I would not trust or recommend them until they clear the situation transparently.
Do you hoping Alex will reply on this after 4 years he created this thread?
