I am usigin win10 and tb250-pro and 7 nvida card rtx3080 as my computer starts I check the device manager and see 7 card loaded success all are there. But when I try to use msi after burner and nicehash both see only 6 cards I can not make them see my 7th card. above decodin open and all gen1 pls help.

1. Switch to gen 2 in bios
2. Use high wattage power supply or use two
3. Update motherboard BIOS to the latest
4. Risers sucks sometimes, if you have any spare laying around pls change

All these are the possible ways to fix your issue, I do hope it help out
