I don't think posting here would increase your chance to get noticed. Maybe try to make some noise on their Twitter, Reddit or something else, since Bitcointalk is probably not their focus atm.

Coinbase is supposed to respond every support ticket raised right?
When was the last time you've sent them the ticket? Yes, knowing that they're one of the most popular exchange, they should address every customer's concern through their tickets.

Create a new email/ticket to them indicating your concern with the ticket # for that report you've sent them for it to be followed up.
I think even last weekend I submitted a report about this issue but no response for any of the tickets which I created after they asked me to verify KYC and contact them.

I tried to address this issue on twitter when I fist encountered it on twitter as well but not enough followers on Twitter made my tweet to get buried.

Coinbase is supposed to respond every support ticket raised right? But they starts to ignore it some of them especially it can find the solution only if support staffs gets into that issue and resolve on behalf of the customer?
They supposed to do it, but they don't respond to some of them base on other who experienced it. Since it still pandemic companies with CS are most affected with limited and with staff.
I suggest keeping them updated at least once every three-four days until some person in charge responds not just an auto-reply.

They supposed to do it, but they don't respond to some of them base on other who experienced it. Since it still pandemic companies with CS are most affected with limited and with staff.

There are some people who gets response in few days after opening a ticket so I feel like some kind if screening involved with their support system that is why they kept on hold for cases which could have been resolved. As I said earlier I will submit once in a week until someone resolve it.

Reddit also didn't help me because of Karma requirement to post on coinbase subreddit and on twitter it gets buried so my only option is to contact them via email and that's what I actually keep doing it. Sad

Update : Got a response from coinbase team not sure which is an automated one or actually someone replied to my ticket.

Nope, there is no response from them other than the automated one which asks me ti verify the account and then reply on the same email to get support from the coinbase but nothing happened.

I got 3 responses from coinbase on Feb 5, but the same auto generated reply as what I received on Dec 5 2020. Extremely disappointed with their coinbase support system, they are shit to the core to be honest.

After a year later coinbase support says my case is resolved.

But they didn't delete the vault and did nothing then how can say that my case is resolved. Getting more and more annoyed with their shittiest support system. Angry
