Yes, I have always noticed this, it’s not like some people would say that altcoins increases when Bitcoin decreases and they decrease when Bitcoin increases, that’s not true, it can happen both ways, they can both be increasing at the same time, and there are also times that Bitcoin will be increasing and altcoins will be decreasing, then there are times it will decreasing and altcoins will increase.

This is a thing that can happen in anyway and not just a particular way.
