It is not a problem to create an ICO contract based on ETH platform that will automatically distribute ERC20 tokens. But that doesn't work with an ICO for a new blockchain (coin) I was looking for the solution and found this service

https://blockonomics.co/ Is anyone familiar with that service? Or maybe you can recommend me something similar?
