Why don't you connect your Trezor to MetaMask instead? You should be able to manage your ERC20 tokens just fine. If it's not natively supported you can always add it as a custom token. I've been doing this since I own a Ledger, Trezor should not be that different.
https://wiki.trezor.io/Apps:MetaMaskThanks. I already tried connect my Trezor to Metamask like wallet, it is MyEtherWallet (MEW) before but it's all only Ethereum I stored and transferred, but I believe it will still work with Metamask.

But for me, isn't good to use a hardware wallet for ERC20 token, IMO, much better if you will use a disposable wallet like MEW, I've used this wallet for many years until now I didn't experience any issues as long as you must save the private key.
Thanks for the list. I think I get it now and will work now since I recalled using MEW before and I can able to add custom token there and manage erc20 tokens, seems joniboini is right.
Speaking of using of hardware wallet for ERC20, I think there is no problem at all. It is the same the way you store Bitcoin/Ethereum or other altcoins in your hardware wallet. The cons and pros of using HW is the same. But this time I want to use it for HODL/Long term, I don't want my coins to easy to access since I have issue on having weak hands
