No reason for delete the second ticket. The first of them continues open, but no replies since 14th february at 7.30 AM.
If they have a problem with XTZ node, I'm just asking for a response like:
"hey bro, sorry, our XTZ node needs an upgrade/resync, wait for 48-72h and your deposit will be credited".
This would be to get angry but at least I have an honest answer and I no longer worry.
But no, they choosen a generic response and after that, the silence as a response, and only when I posted this and make some noise on twitter, they suspended the XTZ deposits:

That's normal if we're having problems with their deposits/withdrawals. They should have given the notice to make their users aware of certain coins that have caused troubles or worries for their users. If there's an update like this.
They should have properly announced it, didn't they gave you any notice in your email? if they just have given this notice after your complaints to them, now we know that they're like that.
