wrong transfer from eTOROwallet to Ledgerwallet BCH(BitcoinCash) to BTC(Bitcoin)

my BitcoinCah BCH transaction was not transferred from my eToro Wallet to my own Ledger Wallet. Why?
A BTC Bitcoin address begins with a successful BCH transmission: there is now the account balance of 0, the Bitcoin BCH coins, so the Bitcoin case went out of Etoro Wallet with a successful BCH transmission: there is now the Bitcoin account balance from EtoroWallet's coins.
The deposit hasn't arrived in my Ledger Wallet in seven days.
That's where the credit is BCH 0. What can I do?
How do I get the BCH coins in my Ledger wallet to the Bitcoin BTC address on my Ledger Wallet so that the credit can be written in the Ledger Wallet in the BCH app in Ledger Wallet.

Hi,

The explanation is too confusing. If you have transferred BCH from eToro do your wallet please provide your BCH wallet ID and a direct link to the tx hash from eToro the hash you provided(77826415641564375bbf8c17c1593333326bf8944526bf894526bf8945264526452bd) is not valid for both BTC and BCH.

Without further details is hard to help.
