If you have a plan to keep a coin for a year, don't change your plan after a week.

How do you guys mean here. At any point, a coin already has an ATH. So what you mean by not buying. Example with doge at $0.02 sometime ago was its ATH and Elon musk hyped the coin and it started growing to beat previous ATH and got another ATH ,kept taking out old ATH until it got to the current ATH. Again with other coins and bitcoin too before current ATH was previously at $63k but went above that to $67k , that is difference of $4k and that's some money that was made by some investors.
