Hi, When I key in my seed I get the option box but nothing about 2FA next to it.. Also, I do get a checksum: OK. So, I'm not sure where to go frim here
So this is not an Electrum seed at all then, and therefore it cannot be a 2FA seed. The "checksum: ok" message only shows up with BIP39 seeds, as Electrum seeds instead show up with the message "Seed Type: segwit", or similar.
So, to restore this seed you need to select standard wallet, and you need to check the box marked "BIP39 seed". If, after doing that, you can find no accounts which contain coins, then it means one of two things:
1 - The first possibility is that you extended your seed phrase with a passphrase. This may be the "password" which you refer to in your first post. Try restoring the seed again, checking the "BIP39 seed" box as well as the "Extend this seed with custom words" box, entering your password, and again searching for any accounts.
2 - The second possibility is that your coins are on a derivation path which Electrum is not searching. There are a small handful of "standard" derivation paths, but there are literally trillions of possible derivation paths. You would need to know which wallet was used to create this seed so we could find out which derivation path they use.
