Feels bad for you! just take some lessons from this to never leave any of your fund on exchange when you want to hold it in a longer-term, created your own wallet then you can backup to leave it for the longer term.
I remembered, cryptobridge register never put any email so you not getting some information while they are clossing. They only give some information from their social media and website but right now already closed.
