You should have done some research before dealing with such a website. Especially when you are making the payment in Cryptocurrency, you should think multiple times..
Currently.. it shows the price as BTC 0.00504943 now for that Script.. which is around $51

Seems like you both were communicating through email and through the comments section on his website but ended up with no output and looks like that person has also deleted all the negative comments from his website to continue to scam others,

I've already been scammed by the amount I wanted to create a shop that's all I've got from the money that the crook has taken now at $12 dollars. I'll be careful to take advantage of them. I completely agree with that the hackbitcoinwallet is a scammer.
Well, one of the worst scammers I've ever met.

I'm now writing up all procedures with evidence how they cheated me for the last 3 weeks.
It's a horrible story. For example, they ask an additional payment for the already-paid tool,
and once you paid, they send you such malware to steal your btc.
Can't believe myself why on earth I bought those tools and paid such big money again and again.

Do not contact with them if you don't want to be stressed.
Do not try to use their rubbish tools if you don't want to lose your money.

With that name, you didn't think that there was no red flag in it that screams I am a scam website? Pretty sure that you are looking to do something shady that you stumbled upon this website.
