Bitcoin Suisse AG not yet eligible for a banking license.

Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) has announced that on scrutiny,
Switzerland based Cryptocurrency trading platform Bitcoin Suisse AG is not eligible for a banking license reason being that they have to do more about their money laundering defense mechanism.

They are very popular in Switzerland and that step of getting a banking license, is a good initiative.

But if they are unlikely to be approved and they have to pullout their application because of some concerns, can't they just improve it then?
