I would like to ask the intention of OP for planning to create this, what're his motives behind this, is he a part of a hacker group or working with them, asking for a piece of wallet information is a big no-no, he is literally asking our wallet information so he can expose it to hackers or those who are looking with bad intention, and he tries to sugarcoat his intention.

Business = money generated to him so there's no question about on why he create that since he can earn with those ideas if that one properly executed by him or his team if there is. But its kinda risky for personal privacy of the wallet holder so maybe he should do more secure and make the wallet holder information more anonymous since this is the most preferred by the users since security is the most important thing here.

The idea that you have to send coins to your main wallet just to verify you own the wallet is just too absurd, he wants to hit two birds with one stone, monetize his idea, and at the same time exposing people's privacy, this is an idea that will not get support from the community, OP should go back to the drawing board go back learning privacy, and Cryptocurrency.
