What this means?

How can I send money.. ? I tried rebuild database.. And higher fee to 225sat/b..

Sounds like you made a tx and then tried to double spend it? I think posting the full log/error message would help. Describing the steps you did from the beginning until the error shows up would also help.

My wallet says spendaple Funds and maximum funds, so does that show wrong now ?

.. I checked my last transfer and there was sending fee: 77.818 sat/B ? -> on bitcoinchain/address..

.. is that right ? Would it be that, I have too low fee on my send and Armory does not calculate right fee ?
