I think my ETH is lost.

Transacting ETH on binance has the ERC20 (ethereum onchain network) and the BEP20 (Binance Smartchain offchain network) You must be very sure which you want to deposit. While Bep20 or BSC carries a very low fee but both addresses are the same, however most exchanges don't support BSC deposit which may lead to a permanent lost if you uses the wrong protocol. I usually will take out time to educate the community I belong about this and some still don't still check creating problem for themselves.

I transacted my ETH going to my ETH wallet using the BSC and the amount did not arrived.

I guess I lost my money as I tried again using the ETH network and it came to my wallet.

My question is, why would Binance give you an option to transact with BSC if its not supported on the coin you transacted.
They have this questions that you will answer and if you will agree they'll send the transaction.

There you can somehow switch to different blockchains and your address can have several blockchains at once!

This is really all somewhat complicated, I myself do not fully understand it, but in fact-your one Ethereum address, 100% has also the address of the Binance Smart Chain!

the OP just need to change the network setting from ethereum mainnet to BSC mainnet
and if he can do it properly, i think he will get his ethereum in BSC network

where did you send the eth actually ? In a wallet or in a exchange ? if a wallet then you need find out first is the wallet support BSC network or not as  you know metamask do not support bsc but we need to set it up .. If you  lost it on exchange then why you not yet contract with the exchange team ?

BSC add and eth address are almost the same, meaning you can send funds between those network without losing your money or ethereum because they have the same components. If the transaction failed then your eth will remain to your own wallet but if it succeed then your eth will be transfer to the bsc address that you've input. There's no reason to lost your eth because those two has the same components and maybe your just confused on the transaction that you've made.
